relieve inflammation, reduce swelling
What Is Lymphatic Massage?
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. This specialized massage helps support the immune system, reduce swelling and inflammation, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness.
Using light, rhythmic movements, lymphatic massage can help the body eliminate toxins and excess fluid while creating a deeply relaxing experience. Many clients seek lymphatic massage to reduce swelling, support post-surgical healing, ease tension, and improve their sense of balance and well-being.
